I went there with my lovely cat to investigate her tooth problems. It was the first time that a Veterinarian Doctor in Berlin fully examined my cat, and I was extremely surprised by the effort and attention to detail that the team had with her. They speak English and made sure to communicate all the issues with my cat, with a PowerPoint presentation! We decided for surgery and they've explained all the details, prices, risks, and information about the procedure. Everything went super well as the staff and doctor were real experts in the subject. Also, on the contrary as some reviews here are stating, there was no surprised with the prices as they were very transparent with everything. The whole experience was super supportive, and my cat had an extremely well recovery. Very friendly staff. I just wish all the Doctors in Berlin were like that so I could bring my cats there. Please be mindful that they have an e-mail, it's just not so visible in the website, but they reply in less than 24h.

I was very pleased with Dr. Rux and his entire staff. They are very attentive and kind. I'm from Brazil living in Berlin (I was pleased they speak english) and took my cat to him as he had teeth issues. They explained carefully every single step of the procedure and took very good care of my cat. I highly recommend them!

I was recommended to consult with Dr. Rux by my regular vet in Pankow. I couldn’t be more delighted with the experience. Unfortunately, my 10 year old cat needed teeth removed because of some infections. The staff at the practice were wonderful, caring, diligent and very up front with the work needed and costs associated. The surgery was a stressful day since I was worried but my fears were not necessary. They took the best care of my cat calling me to check in and update me on his progress. They also did a follow up check which went really well, thanks to the excellent work of Dr. Rux ans his staff. I really felt compelled to share my positive experience to help anyone with deciding on a dental vet. You couldn’t be in better hands here. I’m deeply grateful for the care and compassion showed and the fantastic work they did.
