Reviews
We took our cats to this veterinary practice for many years and were always very satisfied. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the situation has deteriorated in recent months/years. In cases of acute illness, we were turned away on the phone with the comment that we should have called earlier – as if emergencies could be planned. Paradoxically, when we were finally squeezed in after a long wait, we found ourselves sitting in a completely empty waiting room. The treatments themselves have also become unpleasant lately. Questions were answered only briefly and curtly, sometimes with the suggestion that we should look things up online. With heavy hearts, we have now decided to permanently switch to a different practice, as the trust between us has been severely damaged. It's a real shame after such a long time.
She said we should give away our cat because she was stressed, but that wasn't true.
I am absolutely shocked and furious about this veterinary practice. We had an acute emergency with our dog—it was truly a matter of life and death—and we were simply told that they were "full" and couldn't treat us. This is completely incomprehensible and irresponsible to me. If a veterinarian won't help in an emergency, what's the point of them at all? They simply abandon an animal and its owners in such a situation—it's inhumane and shows that profit or convenience is clearly being prioritized over the well-being of animals. Our dog could have seriously died during this time while we desperately sought help. Such behavior is unacceptable and no one should tolerate it. I absolutely CANNOT recommend this practice. Anyone who loves their pet should contact a veterinarian who is actually available in an emergency. Our dog is doing better now; we've found another veterinary practice… Thank goodness.
It seems that only what can be billed is done here. In those cases, everything is quick and smooth. Everything else appears to be completely irrelevant. There's no sign of the animals' welfare; it seems to be a secondary concern. Requests that don't directly "fit into the bill" are ignored. Absolutely not recommended.
Hello everyone, I have nothing negative to say about the practice. Dr. Lautner is very kind. She takes her time and explains everything clearly and professionally, so that everyone understands. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to two animals in a short period of time. Even that was handled very compassionately by everyone. I'm so glad to have such a great veterinary practice nearby 😊
