I am very satisfied with this veterinary practice. The vet is extremely friendly, empathetic, and always takes plenty of time. It's clear that the animals' health is his top priority – not profit, as is unfortunately the case in some other practices. The entire team is also very kind and helpful. My cat and I feel very well cared for and taken seriously here. We always receive excellent advice, and the vet is consistently cooperative and dedicated. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! 😊

Yesterday was my first time taking my cat to Dr. Altdorf, and I was very pleased. We felt very well cared for and advised. I was surprised that my cat handled it so well; I thought he might make a fuss because he doesn't usually like being touched, but Dr. Altdorf and her team were so loving, gentle, and empathetic that my cat was very sweet and quiet. 😊 So I was able to drive home with my cat feeling reassured and happy. 🤗 Many thanks to the entire lovely team! ❤️

I called the vet's office this evening because they were on call. I was incredibly worried about my two cats, wondering if they'd eaten something harmful. The vet reassured me very quickly and told me I could come in. I set off immediately, and on the way, the vet called me again to reassure me that I had nothing to worry about and calmly explained a few things to me. When we arrived, we were seen right away. He was incredibly kind to the cats, very understanding and empathetic. He was a huge help in that situation, and I'm truly impressed with the vet. Thank you again so much.
