A huge thank you and much praise! The whole team is wonderful, empathetic, and caring. Especially Ms. Reinberger-Chabab is incredible!!! I brought my cat in as an emergency, and they did everything they could. I will be taking my cat Milli and my dog ​​to this veterinary practice from now on.

So grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian! The time she takes, her loving, competent, and warm approach—I was simply blown away! The vet and her team took excellent care of my little "Mr. Müller," and even though it was a little difficult at first to leave him for two days, I know he was in good hands. I've found my vet! I will never visit that practice again 😡 I went to get my Labrador vaccinated on June 5th, and the doctor diagnosed, just by touching her breasts, that she was experiencing milk let-down due to a false pregnancy, and that it would go away on its own. Two months later, when I took my daughter's Maine Coon cat to be neutered, I asked again about the milk let-down because it hadn't gone away yet. Her words: Yes, you can take her in for a consultation, but it will come back anyway. No idea, no idea that something could be wrong. I've since been to another practice, and it wasn't a milk let-down, it was a malignant tumor :( But it was a milk let-down??? No proper examination during the vaccination, nothing two months later. Furthermore, my daughter's Maine Coon cat almost bled to death and died during a simple neutering there :( Luckily, it worked. We don't go to the practice anymore :(
