It was my first time there. Ms. Voss was very friendly. Above all, she was very kind and understanding to my dog. After the treatment, she gave her a treat so she would associate the visit with something positive. She explained everything thoroughly. I think my dog ​​will happily go there again! And I felt very well cared for, too. I highly recommend her.

Attention ‼️‼️ UPDATE: Our initial wish was to know if the kittens in our cat's womb were still alive. Ms. Voss couldn't tell us. We then went to see Ms. F. in Buxtehude (whom I can HIGHLY recommend!). She performed an ultrasound without any problems. We saw beating hearts, which relieved us as owners of so much worry and stress. Now for something truly astonishing: She only charged the standard veterinary fee of €23.62 for the general examination ‼️‼️ not a cent more! With the ultrasound, we were significantly cheaper than with Ms. Voss! Specifically, at €73.19! As you can read in many other reviews: ‼️‼️ Ms. Voss likes to make money. ;-) ‼️‼️ We went to Ms. Voss for the first time today, as our vet is unfortunately on vacation. We told her beforehand that we had just had to undergo emergency surgery for another pet over the weekend, which cost several thousand euros, and therefore wanted to know in advance how much an examination and ultrasound would cost with her. After she had taken down all the information, she said that she only wanted to do an examination to assess our cat's condition. Long story short, The bottom line was that Ms. Voss advised us against an ultrasound, as there was no indication for it. Ms. Voss certainly knows her stuff, but she's really not someone I would recommend on a personal level. She's very persuasive, but unfortunately, she completely forgot to tell us after the initial examination that she would be performing further tests that are far more expensive than a general check-up and ultrasound at our regular vet! Given our history and our prior notification, it was her duty to keep us informed about every step she took. She failed to do so! I'm writing this review so that other pet owners know what to expect. Ms. Voss is certainly knowledgeable about her profession, but I really can't recommend her on a personal level. Our vet: €75.58: General examination PLUS ultrasound Ms. Voss: €105.67 General examination, NO ultrasound! Plus additional examinations that we did not consent to! To Ms. Voss: Since you already responded to my review from a year ago under my old name, I know you will respond to this one as well. Therefore, I am addressing you directly through this public channel. Please read your own response to my review. I quote: "We charge our fees according to the legally binding fee schedule for veterinarians (GOT). We are neither allowed to undercut nor exceed its limits. Which we do not." See the response to my (Mareike B.) review. According to GOT 16, this fee amounts to €23.62 - general examination with consultation - dog, cat, ferret. Their charge for this item alone is €37.79, excluding VAT. I don't think I need to elaborate on what's going wrong here… Furthermore, they conducted two additional examinations without our consent, incurring further costs. We've been taking our cats to Ms. Voss for about two years now and are very satisfied. She always gives us thorough, conscientious, and excellent advice. She handles the cats with great care and gentleness, and we've always been able to get an appointment quickly without a long wait. We would definitely recommend her!

Yesterday, I found an injured squirrel and was completely unsure if I was doing the right thing. Ms. Voß took care of the animal even though she was dealing with an emergency. The little animal was lovingly welcomed into the practice, and Ms. Voß cared for it all night and kept me updated on its condition. I am incredibly grateful for so much heart, dedication, and professionalism. Here, you feel like you're being taken seriously as a pet owner and know that every animal, whether a companion animal or a wild animal, is important. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had to go to the emergency vet last Friday around midnight; she was on duty. Mrs. Voss was so loving and kind to us and our cat, even though it was so late.
