Kleintierpraxis Wedel

Completely disappointed! I've been there twice now. The first time, I was told to keep an eye on the problem and that it was fine. On the second visit, because it hadn't improved, we were simply given medication without even testing whether it was actually the problem. Furthermore, my cat was pulled out of the carrier by the scruff of the neck, causing several clumps of fur to fall out – a complete no-go for me. Animals were also simply left to wake up in a corner of the treatment room.

Very satisfied, the vet really has a heart for dogs! Above all, competent and very relaxed in her interactions!

The receptionist and doctor were extremely friendly and personable, communication on the phone was very good, the practice was beautifully designed, and most importantly: our dog had a perfect treatment outcome.

Very friendly staff. Good veterinary care.

That was definitely the last time I took my dog there. A rip-off, and then they tell you they don't know what you're talking about. Unprofessional.
