Dr. Heyland is an empathetic veterinarian; he has treated my old dog very well on several occasions. He takes plenty of time for examinations and exudes a calming presence. His professional competence is excellent. He also refers patients to other colleagues if he cannot provide the necessary services or if diagnostic tests are required that are not possible in his practice. It's a shame that we only became his patients after our regular veterinarian closed his practice.
I can only echo the positive comments and highly recommend Dr. Heyland. His empathy and understanding of the situation reduce the animal's stress so effectively that our cat didn't even notice the vaccination and examination. We will gladly continue to use this veterinarian.
