The staff are always friendly, competent, and pleasantly efficient. We feel well cared for and advised on all matters concerning the well-being of our animals. We've never had to wait longer than five minutes for an appointment. Dr. Krapp handles the animals kindly but firmly and has always given us excellent advice. Whenever we come for vaccinations, our two rabbits receive a general check-up (teeth, ears, heart, etc.), and our questions have always been answered patiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend them; we made the right choice! :)

I can't say it enough, Dr. Krapp is a fantastic veterinarian! You can get an appointment quickly, he's always incredibly kind to both animals and people, and he always gives great advice. Without him, I wouldn't have Luna with me anymore. We rescued her from a kill shelter in Spain about two and a half years ago when she was an old lady, and then took her to Dr. Krapp for an examination. He discovered tiny marmalade tumors and surgically removed them. Six months later, he found she had canine malaria, which he quickly and effectively treated with an immune-boosting injection. So, in my opinion, anyone who writes negative reviews here doesn't really know their pet well, because if they did, they would have consulted a vet sooner. And anyone who owns animals needs to know that pets cost money, whether it's for food or for all sorts of illnesses and ailments. Keep up the great work, dear Krapp team! 😊

A fantastic veterinarian who takes plenty of time for his patients. Our cat seemed almost relaxed during the examinations. A big thank you to the whole team. We'll definitely be back!

We were at the vet's office today because of our rabbit, who sadly passed away. The two young women who took the rabbit were very friendly and empathetic.

The owner is great with dogs, but doesn’t really like people, I get the impression.
