First of all, our sincere thanks to Ms. Vogg and Dr. Lüssen. They provided us with invaluable support and assistance during a difficult time. My wife and I would also like to thank the ever-friendly and helpful team. They have been our dogs' "family doctors" for at least 25 years. The best veterinary practice in Hamburg.

Over €100 for a simple anal gland treatment. We wanted to know how to express the anal glands ourselves, but we weren't shown how. Medication was double-counted. When we inquired, Ms. Vogg refused to reimburse us. This practice charges 1.5 times the standard rate. That might be acceptable on weekends, but it's unacceptable for such a routine procedure on weekdays. I will never entrust my beloved pet to a veterinarian so solely focused on profit again.

For many years, I and my cats have felt in excellent hands at this practice. I particularly appreciate the open consultation hours and the opportunity to schedule individual appointments. The entire team is compassionate and competent, and the large number of veterinarians ensures prompt and expert care – always with the animal's well-being at the forefront. From routine vaccinations to difficult goodbyes, I've had many experiences here and always felt well cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their tremendous support and care!
