We are so happy and grateful to have met Dr. Börner through a recommendation. She helped us and our dog regain his mobility and happiness after he was diagnosed with a herniated disc. Since the diagnosis in the summer of 2020, we had tried – unfortunately without success – to get advice and guidance from the two orthopedic surgeons involved and – with one exception – several general veterinarians on what we could do – without surgery – to alleviate his current condition and prevent it from worsening for as long as possible. Competent, empathetic, and with a knack for animals—a veterinarian you can trust, one who is also open to many questions, which she answers patiently and comprehensively. A specialist in her field, she thinks outside the box in her search for the causes of illness and in analyzing clinical pictures with the goal of restoring her patients to health—to healing in the literal sense of the word.
