Great practice, always friendly, and extremely competent. We've been treating our dogs here for many years and have always been very satisfied.

I've always felt very well looked after here with my cat. Even in emergencies, they were always available to help me. If the phone is busy, you can also make an appointment quickly and easily via email. Thank you so much for being there right up until the very end and for allowing us to say goodbye at home ♥️

I'm only reviewing the reception area here. That's all that happened. This practice was recommended to me, and I happened to be in the area. I thought I'd just make an appointment there. Unfortunately, our usual practice was closing down. I went in and said "Good afternoon" (which the receptionist didn't reply to). Okay, fine. There was a woman ahead of me who seemed to want to pay. So I waited. The receptionist also had to wait because the bill was apparently still being written. They could have served me if they'd wanted to. But they didn't even look at me. After a while, I'd had enough and left. I then went to another practice. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. But I suppose that's how it's supposed to be, and I'm glad about that. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but you shouldn't take it out on the customer. That's very unprofessional.

We've been taking our animals to this small animal practice for years. Our dogs Aragorn and Nora were always in excellent hands here – and my current dog, Mel, is also treated with the utmost dedication. The veterinarians and assistants always cater to my animals' needs, even with our former "difficult" dog Aragorn, who was always very aggressive towards strangers, everyone behaved professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Your four-legged friends are in wonderful hands here!
