Last week I had an emergency with my dog. No veterinary clinic would take him, except for Ms. Bürger, who scheduled my dog ​​(13 years old) for 8:00 PM and treated him until about 10:00 PM. I thought I'd just go there with her and come home without her. Right after the first hour, my dog ​​was noticeably better, and after a week, he was back to his old self. Ms. Bürger saved my dog. I am extremely satisfied with Ms. Bürger and wholeheartedly recommend her.

So far, she's the only vet who takes the time to calm the dog before the examination. She examines very thoroughly and explains the diagnosis clearly and understandably. She also knew immediately what was wrong with our dog. We are very happy that she is our vet.

My little dog is doing very well again today, as is typical for his age, thanks to Ms. Bürger's exceptional expertise. I found her personal dedication to be very comforting. I would like to express my sincerest thanks to her.

I had a scheduled appointment with this vet at the end of last year. Despite the appointment, I had to wait for over an hour and was eventually sent from the waiting room to my car. Apparently, the vibrations from my cell phone were interfering with her equipment (I wasn't on the phone or making any other noises), and there were no other customers present. It was just for a general check-up, and it was my first time there. My dog ​​was very uncomfortable and extremely stressed! As a result, I was referred to the clinic with a suspected heart condition; she claimed to have heard unusual sounds. However, the clinic couldn't detect any heart murmur. All in all, an expensive experience! I found the vet to be rude and unprofessional, and I won't be going back.

I stumbled upon this veterinary practice quite by chance during my vacation and couldn't be happier. The veterinarian was extremely competent, friendly, and empathetic. It was immediately clear that the animals' well-being was truly important to her and that she had a wonderful way with them. My four-legged friend received a very thorough examination and comprehensive, professional care. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit, and all my questions were answered patiently and clearly. I am truly impressed by the high level of professionalism and the warm atmosphere at this practice. Thank you so much for the excellent care! I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.
