Very friendly staff, they answered all our questions and even gave us tips for our pets and products to buy, even if they didn't sold us anything directly. We didn't even had to wait long since we had an appointment, the place place is well maintained and clean.

You feel very well cared for at the practice; it doesn't feel like a money-making machine or a place where patients are processed like a mass. The advice is excellent, and the doctor takes her time to explain everything thoroughly. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I am incredibly grateful to have found this veterinary practice. My little Yorkshire Terrier, Luna, and I have been through a really tough time these past few months. Kidney failure, pancreatic problems, and even surgery have been very demanding. During this time, I was there very often, sometimes daily or every other day. That's exactly when you see what a veterinary practice is really like. The entire team, both the veterinarians and the receptionists, are simply exceptional. Always friendly, empathetic, organized, and always ready to listen, no matter how stressful things get. They don't just do their job here. They listen, think proactively, explain things, and even offer a smile when you need it most. They take their time. That's absolutely not something you can take for granted these days. I've been to other practices, but here I experienced something you don't often find: genuine compassion and sincere care, both for the animal and for the person behind it. Thanks to this wonderful care, we were able to stabilize Luna and can now continue our lives healthy and calm. This means the world to me. Five stars aren't enough.
