We recently switched to Medivet after our old vet retired. We were immediately welcomed warmly. The treatments were consistently good and helpful, and the vets took their time, advising us with empathy and expertise. The cats were always treated well, too. The reception staff is also always very friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. When meditation was necessary, the therapy steps were always clearly written down and explained. In short: we are very satisfied and will gladly continue treatment at Medivet. We happily give 5 stars and highly recommend Medivet! 😀

Unbelievable, the animal is definitely not the priority here! I just tried to get an appointment for my sick cat. After I described what was going on (he's vomiting repeatedly, won't eat or drink, and is obviously in a lot of pain), I was told that I should call another vet. They're not open that late anymore, and the treatment would probably take longer. The cat would definitely need to be admitted as an inpatient (!). A strong diagnosis over the phone. Completely unimportant that the cat is suffering, the main thing is to get rid of the annoying caller...
