Good vet and great team.
Super pet friendly and patient staff
Best Vet in the ares of Pinneberg. Competent and friendly team
I take my two dwarf rabbits to the vet for their regular checkups. The appointments are always on time, and the friendly receptionists always know why I'm there when I arrive. I especially appreciate that they clearly communicate when a second opinion would be helpful or when a procedure should be performed at a different practice with more experience. This week, one of the rabbits needs its teeth filed down, and I was immediately told to bring both rabbits so they can wake up together after the anesthesia, minimizing stress – it's great that they're so thoughtful.
We took our cat, Kittcat, there three years ago for an emergency check-up because she had wandered into our lives and was apparently riddled with worms and ticks. Yesterday, we went there again with our found kitten, Stöpsel. We got an appointment the same day, were informed about all our rights and responsibilities, and will, of course, be back for Stöpsel's full deworming treatment. The prices are perfectly reasonable, with no unnecessary markups on individual services. The medication prices are also normal. This practice truly caters to animal lovers without any unnecessary frills or fuss.
