Reviews
Cannot fault Frau Jensen-Dankowski, all of our pets enjoy visiting the vets since we discovered her.
I just drove by because, according to Google, the practice is also open on Saturdays from 9 am. I had an emergency with my dog and relied on that. But when I got there, it said "by appointment only." That definitely needs to be changed for cases like this.
I'd give negative stars if I could. This woman's rudeness is unparalleled. We were referred to this practice through the emergency service. Her choice of words and tone made it abundantly clear that she had no desire to treat our dog. When I asked why she was so unfriendly, she told me that she'd been on call all night. What kind of excuse is that? It's her job, after all. I've already filed an official complaint about this behavior. I'd say that was a missed opportunity. From 8 a.m. onwards, the on-call schedule for the emergency service was changed. We then received genuinely pleasant and competent advice from another practice. Just as it should be. Anyone who behaves like that shouldn't be working emergency services.
We've been coming here for over 20 years with our various dogs. We feel well cared for and receive individual attention.
I've been taking my Labradors to Ms. Jensen-Dankowsky for many years, although fortunately, they were rarely truly ill. That's precisely why I'd like to say: For me, she's the best veterinarian I know. You can always get an appointment quickly, she's there immediately when you need her, and she's so incredibly kind to both people and animals. Especially in difficult moments—for example, the time with my pregnant dog—she was available to me day and night and accompanied me with such calm and competence. Now, with Robby, who suddenly had pain, everything was examined with great care, sensitivity, and patience. Even when sedation was necessary, I had complete trust in her. Thank you so much for this wonderful care—honest, reliable, and with heart. I'm truly grateful that this practice exists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💖🐾 Best wishes, Kylie & Robbie and Anja
