We saw both Dr. Weigand and Dr. Ersoy and were extremely satisfied. Dr. Weigand detected heart murmurs in our young horse, but thankfully he remained calm, which also helped calm my daughter. (Previously, another vet had also detected them, causing everyone to panic, and my daughter nearly collapsed in the stable.) Dr. Ersoy performed a dental procedure, and the horse was perfectly fine afterward. He explained everything very well. All questions are answered politely, and you can also call if you have questions or have entered medication incorrectly; you'll receive excellent advice. They are both incredibly kind! I've only had very good experiences with them so far. For me, it's important to be able to talk to someone when it comes to my horse. Clear instructions, statements, and explanations are just as important to me as the fact that no corners should be cut when it comes to my horse's health. ... The cost-cutting analyses some horse owners post online are appalling and incomprehensible to me. ... Thank you, Klaus, and your helpful "staff."
