The 2 stars I gave since the nurses without asking my permission started the primary check up, such as weight measurement, fleas detection etc. Although the reason for my visit was merely the enquiry about the pet's pass. It was quite frustrating first experience to the vet and a waste of 20€. The positive thing is that the Doctor speaks good english and there was no waiting time at all.
Great service speed and quality, got removed 2 teeth for our 18 yo dog just with a low risks local sedation, OP went perfectly, thanks a lot Dr. Dagmar!
