We were looking for a new vet and were recommended to us by mr.wackert. We were pleasantly surprised, and our dog, an older lady, was admitted to the practice immediately. The vet really takes her time with our dog, which in turn no longer causes stress, which unfortunately always was the case before. Everyone is very nice to us two-legged friends too 😉, and everything is explained clearly. Please keep up the good work, and thank you to everyone who works at the practice.

Dear Dr. Wacker, dear Ms. Schubert, Yesterday, you accompanied us to the practice during the most difficult time of our lives. Josie, our 12-year-old Australian Shepherd, passed away peacefully and with dignity. Dr. Wacker took an incredible amount of time, explained everything calmly and sensitively, answered every question, and never rushed us. She stroked Josie, placed her hand on our shoulders, and made us feel that we were doing exactly the right thing. When Josie fell asleep, she simply hugged me, without many words, but with so much heart that I knew immediately: We were in the very best hands. This was far more than "just" a euthanasia. This was compassion and humanity at its finest. Thank you for giving Josie such a gentle, loving farewell. Thank you for not leaving us alone in our tears. Thank you for being who you are. Today was my first time at the vet's office with my hamster, whom we sadly had to have put down. The vet and the nurses were incredibly empathetic and took their time with me. Despite my grief, I felt comfortable and understood, and I can highly recommend the practice! Thank you so much, dear team, for treating walk-ins and non-patients immediately.

Ms. Wacker is a fantastic veterinarian! She takes her time and treats the animals with love. She's not interested in making as much money as possible from examinations. Before euthanizing animals, she gets a comprehensive picture of the animal and doesn't just administer the injection on suspicion; she communicates when she's unsure. In our case, she even stayed in the practice later so we could say goodbye to our pet. Thank you so much!

My two Maine Coon cats regularly get matted. They are outdoor cats and roam freely in our gardens. Twice a year we go to Dr. Wacker for them to be shaved. We always receive very friendly service and no longer need anesthesia. Many thanks to the Wacker team!
