We visited the practice as an emergency patient, and all three ladies were very warm, calm, and highly competent. They kept all patients informed about the procedure and offered coffee and Christmas stollen. They were very attentive, we received excellent care, and we are very satisfied! Thank you so much!

PS: We were never allowed to look at the rooms, or rather the specific room (where the cats were kept). There was always an excuse.

We came to the practice as tourists with our dog in need of emergency care. The veterinarian took a great deal of time for us and gave me a diagnosis that seemed plausible. She was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, so much so that our dog even dozed off there.

Emergency visit on Boxing Day. This practice isn't our usual veterinary clinic. However, we had a very positive experience during an emergency visit on the holiday. We received very helpful advice over the phone. Afterward, we drove to the clinic with our dog. We had to wait a short while, but a table with tea, coffee, and cake had been set up for those waiting. We found this very thoughtful and considerate. The veterinarian took plenty of time for us and answered all our questions. She also offered immediate assistance and discussed how we should proceed. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied with this visit. We felt well cared for and understood from beginning to end.

Dr. Krupke is a highly competent and empathetic veterinarian whom I can recommend to anyone. French Bulldogs, by nature extremely loyal, positive, and full of life, often suffer from the effects of some unfortunate breeding traits. Dr. Krupke always provided swift relief and healing in these cases. She and her assistant cared for our French Bulldog for 12.5 years, indirectly giving my wife and me countless wonderful moments. Even for her final farewell, Dr. Krupke didn't hesitate to travel far to see her flat-nosed patient. Although we no longer live in Hamburg but in the Elbe marshes, she drove out to us late that evening. Thanks to Dr. Krupke, our beloved dog was able to fall asleep peacefully and relaxed in familiar surroundings, without stress. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Krupke for this.
