Friendly and reasonably priced
We visited for the first time with our dog, who felt remarkably comfortable during the examination. Surprisingly, she didn't make a sound when her nails were trimmed. The vet was friendly, experienced, and could communicate well in English. Highly recommended!
Due to some misunderstanding we ended up waiting a long time for our appointment, in which while the waiting room got very crowded - saw owners and their pets coming and leaving, and being picked up. Every one of personnel were very helpful and attentive. Also our cat was examined thoroughly, received her annual vaccination from a very kind vet. So after our move to Hamburg we are going to stay with this practice for years to come, hopefully.
I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Tödt! Franklin has rarely received such competent and warm treatment! We have found our new 'family doctor'!
We brought our dog to the emergency vet today because he was suddenly in a lot of pain. Both the vet and the veterinary assistant were very friendly, empathetic, and highly competent. They were very understanding and cared for our Corgi. From the moment we called until we left the practice, we felt very comfortable and well looked after. Our dog is now resting on pain medication, and we are very grateful for their help.
