The phone call was handled in a completely unfriendly and annoyed manner, with the call abruptly cut off and the staff simply hanging up, all because my son inquired about an internship. This certainly doesn't scream customer service, so we'll probably avoid this practice in the future. Two stars for the initial phone answering 😉

My odyssey in search of a good veterinarian is finally over. Dr. Biermann is the best for me! She's the one I've been looking for! She's so loving with the animals, she takes her time, listens, is empathetic, and her team is exceptionally great. I'm truly over the moon to have found this practice! My Sammy had a thorough examination, including a heart ultrasound and X-rays, and I have to say, I've never seen my cat so relaxed at any veterinarian!

Ms. Biermann is the world's best veterinarian and highly recommended! We had an emergency with our cat, and she immediately dropped everything and very competently saved her life. Thank you for that. Even the routine checkups and vaccinations were always handled professionally and calmly, so no cat was ever stressed.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, dear Ms. Biermann. Today our cat Shorty suddenly fell ill, and we were very worried. We were spontaneously allowed to come into the practice as an emergency, and even though the day was probably already full, Ms. Biermann took so much time for us. She treated Shorty with such calm, warmth, and love that we felt in good hands from the very first moment. You can simply feel that she puts her heart and soul into her job. She was there not only for our cat, but also for us, explained everything, and made us feel that we and Shorty were in the best possible hands. We are more than grateful to have found her by chance.
