Everyone in the praxis was extremely nice, they were very lovely towards my cat. My cat was stressed out and hurt, and they took the time to do things carefully as to not upset her further. I was explained everything in detail, and even though they could have pushed medication or further treatment, they didn't because it wasn't necessary. Can only recommend, will be taking my cats here from now on.

I visited the clinic with my doggo last week. I'm still surprised of how good we both were treated there. The vet and the front office lady were super friendly and helpful. I felt 0 stress while being there. The vet also took a good care of Placky and took her time to listen to me in detail. Also I'm impressed of how well organized are everything in the app and I'm extremely surprised that on the invoice you see the diagnosis and a detailed explanation of how to give the prescribed medication as well with some good advices and wishes for fast recovery. Everything in English! I felt like I've been there for years and not just for the first time. Me and Placky we will be going there from now on 🤗

So friendly and professional, helped book our cat into an out of hours clinic. Greatly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was very good except we had to wait more than 1/2 hour to get in. But the doctor is top!
