We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Grunder for her dedication and support. She provided us with excellent advice regarding our Labrador Retriever. Our dog has several health issues, including allergies, intolerances, and more. Her symptoms included licking her paws and around her anus, as well as frequent, intense scratching. Ms. Grunder provided us with expert guidance on appropriate nutrition, and she analyzed our previous dog food, classifying it as unsuitable. Due to the numerous intolerances, it wasn't easy to find a food our dog could tolerate. Following her advice, we switched to a special food and adjusted the portion size as she recommended. So far, we are seeing a gradual improvement in her symptoms. Thank you again.

Excellent handling of the coronavirus and our Newfoundland! If a callback is scheduled, you can be 100% sure it will come promptly, despite the practice being full and the volume of patients. This team, including the doctor, is really putting in the effort, even outside of office hours!
