Excellent handling of the pandemic and our Newfoundland! If a callback is scheduled, you can rely on it 100% and promptly, despite a busy practice and lots of patients. This team, including the doctor, really goes the extra mile, even outside of regular office hours!
Awesome vet, takes vat form.
I’ve been taking your two fluff bits here for two years now and am always pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge from both the staff and vet, Frau Dr Grunder. She has Wally’s taken the time to answer my questions and talk to me about my concerns. My fluffy pups go in wagging their tails and leave wagging their tails. She takes the time to make them and me feel comfortable with everything that will be done and needs to be done. She always has a gentle hand with them and helps them calm down when they get a little scared. Anyone who takes their fur child to her can be assured that she and the wonderful staff there will take the best of care of their fur baby.
Thank you so much for the consistently excellent care. Despite the distance from where I live, I've remained a long-term patient of Anne Grunder because, above all, I value her absolute professional expertise. Everything else is also excellent. Appointment scheduling with direct electronic confirmation, digital appointment reminders, and, depending on the situation, digital updates on results are all state-of-the-art. However, the positive interaction with the animal patients always remains paramount; the animal's well-being is given the highest priority. For example, I was able to bring my puppy several times for "vet training," where he received wonderful care and certainly benefited from the positive atmosphere during his first "serious" appointment. All in all, a practice unlike any I've experienced before, and one I can wholeheartedly recommend.
