Great experience for after hours care, and follow up. The vet spoke perfect English and they do take VAT forms. Only two complaints. Their parking lot is small and gets crowded and the waiting room is small and crowded.
The owner Andres is good people, we got pet passports and a check up they were able to help us same day. We also got good customer service from the staff. We’ll be loyal customers moving forward
The best experience with a German Vet office :) thus far. Very pleased with their customer service. Getting my dog’s EU passport was a breeze (and they honored our stateside Rabbies vaccine with proof of our international health certificate) which another local vet office wouldn’t and wanted to vaccinate her again even tho she was just vaccinated 2 months ago… Cabbie also got lots of treats from her vet. She gave it a paws up too 🐾
Does not help in emergency situations. She wouldn't help our dog having a seizure, instead sent us 40 mins away and our dog died.
They came highly recommended by friends who have lived in the area on and off over the years and I'm so glad we went to them. They took excellent care of our cat, we're great with communicating what they were seeing/doing, and answered all of our questions. We'll absolutely be having them see both our pets for all their needs!
