This was my first time taking my mother's cat to Dr. Sonntag. She examined her with great care, took plenty of time to address our problem, and explained everything wonderfully. Unfortunately, she couldn't help our kitten and had to have her put to sleep. Even during the final moments, Dr. Sonntag was incredibly kind and respectful. I highly recommend this practice. Keep up the good work and all the best!
I can only praise her. I don't share the opinion of some other users here that treatments are being rushed through. You receive the information and the necessary treatments you want. Even for emergency appointments, veterinary (minimum) rates are not inflated. I assume such comments come from people who have provoked biting incidents or similar problems with other animals through their behavior; less so from clients/animals who have been treated. I would visit Ms. Sonntag again anytime. Some other people should perhaps keep their (hopefully recallable) animals within sight, especially if their training is lacking; or if they haven't internalized the function of a dog leash; particularly when walking animals over 30 kg. I take my dog to Dr. Sonntag. She always takes her time with her patients and their owners/carriers. The animal's well-being is her top priority, and unlike some other practices, she doesn't ask beforehand whether the treatment will be paid for in cash, by card, or by invoice. She's a wonderful woman who is truly passionate about her work. 👍👍
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Coco today as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Ms. Sonntag lovingly prepared Coco for her final rest, and it was important to her to do this in a private setting. We highly recommend Ms. Sonntag as a veterinarian. We are incredibly grateful to her.
We've been coming here with our animals for 15 years. Dr. Sonntag is a very dedicated, compassionate, and competent veterinarian who puts her heart and soul into her work, and it shows. Whether it's an annual check-up or major surgeries.
