A very competent and friendly veterinary practice; they have been treating our cat for 5 years. We have always been satisfied and were able to come in immediately in urgent cases.

Someone is available around the clock!!! Super reassuring. What's a shame is that there's always a different vet at the practice – will they even notice any changes in the dog?

Best vet! Always there immediately in emergencies, and they even check in after treatment to make sure everything is alright. A super friendly team, highly recommended :)

We're switching vets. The receptionist is incredibly unfriendly on the phone and at the front desk. She answers questions in a very know-it-all and rude manner, which I don't find very customer-friendly at all. However, the vets who work there are excellent, knowledgeable, and give great advice. They also handle the animals very gently.

In an emergency situation involving my horse, this vet stepped in because my usual vet was unavailable, and I'm grateful for that. He showed interest in my horse's health and contacted me the very next day to check on its condition. However, I was shocked by the bill, which was far higher than I had expected. As a newly qualified professional, my budget is limited, and I would have appreciated a better assessment of which treatments and medications were truly necessary. More transparent pricing and open communication about treatment options and costs would have been appropriate. I appreciate the good work he did, but improved customer service would be desirable in the future.
