Someone is available around the clock!!! Super reassuring. What's a shame is that there's always a different vet at the practice – will they even notice any changes in the dog?

In an emergency situation for my horse, this vet stepped in when my regular vet was out of reach, and for that I am grateful. He showed interest in my animal's health and contacted me the very next day to inquire about his condition. However, I was shocked by the amount of the bill, which was far higher than I had expected. As a newly qualified professional, my budget is limited, and I would have liked a better estimate of which treatments and medications were really necessary. More transparent pricing and open communication about treatment options and costs would have been appropriate here. I appreciate the good work done, but improved customer focus would be desirable in the future.

Best vet! Always there immediately in emergencies, and they even check in after treatment to see if everything is okay. Super friendly team, highly recommended :)

We're switching vets. The receptionist is incredibly unfriendly on the phone and at the front desk. She answers questions in a very know-it-all and rude manner, which I don't find very customer-friendly at all. However, the vets who work there are excellent, knowledgeable, and give great advice. They also handle the animals very gently.
