---- Caution ---- They won't help you with your pet here. It's an emergency service, and no one answers the door, even though someone is there. Knocking on the door, no response. Then there's the back-and-forth with the answering machine, and being transferred to another answering machine. Finally, at 9:30 PM, it's back to the answering machine again. Emergency service until 10:00 PM. I think someone just doesn't want to deal with emergency calls. And if someone does come, they're given a €50 emergency service fee. After that, they charge 2.5 times the standard treatment rate. They make it very clear on the answering machine what costs you'll be facing. It's a clear rip-off.... I didn't feel comfortable here with my pet. Don't go here if it's an emergency...
I wholeheartedly recommend the Graumann veterinary practice in Flittard. Our Jack Russell Terrier had surgery there today for a splenic tumor – and I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care. 🍀👍 The tumor was discovered right there in the practice using ultrasound, and an appointment for the surgery was scheduled immediately. This quick and professional response gave us a great deal of peace of mind. The entire team was empathetic, competent, and absolutely reliable at all times. You can tell right away that the animal's well-being is their top priority. 🐶♥️ My dog was truly in the very best hands there. Thank you so much for the fantastic work and the great dedication of the entire team! 🐾
The vet took plenty of time for our little dog. The staff was incredibly friendly and the doctor was excellent. We highly recommend Dr. Graumann's veterinary practice. 👍👍
