Super positive experience! I was on holiday in Berlin and my old dog got hurt. They gave me a fast appointment and the price was absolutely honest. Thank u for helping me and my dog!

Our cat has been a patient here for over four years. Unfortunately, despite having an appointment, we've had to wait at least 30 minutes every time. Without an appointment, I was simply left standing there without any suggestion to come back with an appointment. We also find the practice quite expensive. Today, unfortunately, was the last straw: despite calling ahead, I waited almost 1.5 hours just to pick up medication. While the team was always friendly, they often seemed overwhelmed by the organizational aspects, as much of the work is still done manually. We will therefore be changing veterinarians, as visits here have always been very stressful and involved unpredictable waiting times. Nevertheless, we wish the practice team all the best for the future.

We've been patients with our dog and rabbit for several years and are very satisfied ☺️ The staff is always friendly, and Ms. Liesegang is always very gentle with our animals. In urgent cases, her colleagues always try their best to accommodate a short-notice visit. My dog's spaying went perfectly, and there isn't even a scar visible. Many thanks to the whole team for the wonderful work and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Please keep up the great work 👏🏼
