A huge thank you goes out to Ms. Buchheister! After our cat, Henri, was turned upside down at a veterinary clinic, we were advised to contact a cat therapist. He always seemed stressed, slightly aggressive, and started becoming incontinent at the age of two. A nightmare! Nothing helped. My husband wanted to get a second opinion from Ms. Buchheister, and lo and behold, it was a complete success. Even now that we've been on vacation, he's still relaxed and house-trained. Thank you so much, Ms. Buchheister.

We have been taking our pets (cats) to Dr. Buchheister for a total of 13 years (!). She cared for my beloved late cat during her illness, she delivered my cat's kittens in an incredible rescue operation that lasted an entire day, cared for the mother and kittens after the birth over the Christmas holidays (home visits), and provided medical care for the kittens. She also performed another life-saving operation when our little cat ate something she shouldn't have. And four weeks ago, we thought our kitten wouldn't make it due to a serious illness: But Dr. Buchheister and her team did it again and saved her! We are simply grateful and happy to have such a veterinarian (and team)! We can't understand the criticism here; we have Dr. Buchheister as our vet. Buchheister has always been someone who is passionate about her work, always available in emergencies, and never hesitated to provide quick veterinary help, even on weekends.

I was there with my 15-year-old cat, Pflümli. She had to have her right eye removed because she had cataracts with increasingly severe inflammation. She was wonderfully cared for. I felt that everything necessary was done to make her feel better. I felt comfortable too. I'm terrified of going to the vet because I've had bad experiences. Today my kitty is doing wonderfully again! I will definitely continue going to this practice! Thank you for everything! ❤️

We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Buchheister's practice for years now, and it's always straightforward and friendly. We feel very well cared for and receive excellent advice! I simply can't understand the negative reviews here. Dr. Buchheister helped us at very short notice on January 15, 2026. Our rescue dog was very ill, and my husband and I were both completely exhausted. Dr. Buchheister took our dog into her practice overnight and cared for her (which she wasn't obligated to do), but she did so that we could all rest and recharge. We are very grateful that there are still people like her who care more about animal welfare than about making a profit. We can always ask our questions, and she's available and helpful even after office hours! We give the entire team and Dr. Buchheister a full 5 stars.

We've had terrible luck with our dog Maxi twice now: last year he got chestnut poisoning (be careful with your furry friends!) and this year he had a nasty case of gastroenteritis. In both cases, we had a very positive experience. The staff always greeted us warmly and offered helpful advice on the phone, often transferring us directly to the vet, and the staff at the clinic were also friendly and understanding. There were never long waiting times, and the examinations were very thorough, involving meticulous detective work (a dog rarely tells you exactly what's wrong). A complicating factor: Maxi doesn't like strangers at all, especially not when they touch him. But the staff handled that just fine too. They were patient and even showed understanding when Maxi was crying. We also had another contact option for weekend emergencies, but thankfully we didn't need it. We have absolutely no complaints… I don't quite understand some of the other comments…
