Fantastic service. Very helpful, very kind and clever vets.
I came to this veterinary clinic in dire need. My Bolonka was very ill. My usual vet, whom I'd been seeing for over 10 years, was too busy to see her. In desperation, I went to Medivet in Wildau. My Bolonka was examined immediately and an ultrasound was performed. The result was devastating, but ultimately reassuring. Thank you for the quick diagnosis.
Despite our pain, I have to get this off my chest! Our dog's end was inevitable, as she was already suffering from seizures that were becoming more frequent. We called the veterinary practice to find out when would be a good time to have her put to sleep today, Sunday. At the practice, the vet's assistant performed numerous examinations, followed later by the vet herself—some completely unnecessary, but every single one appeared on the bill, and then came the bill: 460 euros. I was speechless, speechless with grief. The whole thing took only 10-15 minutes, even though everything is covered by a fee schedule—two times the standard rate, three times the standard rate is irrelevant to me.
Wonderful veterinary practice. The team are incredibly friendly, and the care our cat has received has been excellent. The practice is very clean, and our cat has come back from treatments seemingly relaxed (they keep cats and dogs separate so I think this helps). Easily recommended.
