Unfortunately, there have been increasing problems. Our dog needed heart medication, and last year my sister wanted to pick it up shortly before Christmas because the pack was almost empty. When she arrived, she was asked if she hadn't thought of it earlier. When my sister explained that she works, including Saturdays, nothing further happened. Once, when she took our dog for his treatment, she was told that only one person should come each time, not a different person every time (we all have different work schedules). Honestly, I don't understand why only one person should go to the vet. Sadly, our dog passed away last week, and we couldn't get to any vet because they were all closed for the holidays. Emergency vets couldn't help us either; we needed confirmation that our dog had died. When I called today, I was told they don't issue confirmation of death retroactively and that they would contact me. Since this veterinarian was only open until 2 p.m. today, my father called around 12:30 p.m. to ask if we would receive confirmation or not. He was told very rudely that the vet hadn't said anything yet and that we should have taken our deceased dog there in person. When my father asked if we should keep our dead dog at home for a week next time, he was told that wasn't a problem by the otherwise very nice person on the phone. I do not recommend this veterinarian, and we will avoid this practice in the future.

I was there with my little Wilma (13 1/2) as an emergency case. I was very scared because she kept collapsing when she shook her head, and I immediately feared the worst. But a doctor and the kind nurses reassured me, and after a 3-hour IV infusion, I was able to go home with my dog, hoping that we had gotten through the worst of it. Thank you!

We visited during the emergency veterinary service and received a warm welcome. The wait was minimal, and the treatment was incredibly empathetic and respectful. The dog's needs were fully addressed. Everything was done calmly and patiently, without pressure, force, or stress. The consultation felt very professional and comprehensive. I'm very impressed with the team and would bring my dog back anytime. Unfortunately, 380km each way isn't practical :-)

In September 2024, our vet referred us to a clinic with our German Pinscher, Ameli. After some research, we chose Veteria in Königs Wusterhausen (KW). As it turned out, this was an excellent decision. We received outstanding care and support from Ms. zur Heyde there, along with Ameli. Even when, unfortunately, they could only refer us to a clinic in Berlin one weekend, which we ultimately decided against, two days later we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our beloved Ameli go. Some time later, Ms. zur Heyde called us to check on Ameli. Sadly, all we could do was tell her that we had to let her go. Who checks in with people after their pet's death? We've never experienced anything like it. The team at this clinic is wonderful, kind, and friendly. The Doering Family from Schwielochsee
