Reviews
nice place!!
We had to visit the veterinary practice in an emergency and were very grateful for the quick assistance. The vet provided our dog with extremely competent and compassionate emergency care. Her professional expertise and loving approach to our four-legged friend put us at ease. A heartfelt thank you for the professional treatment and support during this difficult situation. We highly recommend the practice!
According to the website, someone was supposed to be there today. I called several times, but no one answered. So I drove there. The sign says you should make an appointment by phone (even for emergencies). There's a doorbell, but unfortunately, no one answered. The blinds on the window were crooked, there was no sign on the door indicating they were closed for vacation or anything like that, and no answering machine on the phone. It all seemed rather unfriendly. I only wanted medication for New Year's Eve. But I wouldn't take my animals there. How are you supposed to make an appointment in an emergency?
A veterinarian with heart, calm, and genuine humanity In one of the most difficult situations a pet owner can experience, this veterinarian was an incredible support. She was not only highly competent but, above all, exceptionally empathetic. She took a great deal of time, explained everything calmly and clearly, and made us feel completely understood and understood. Nothing was rushed, nothing was done routinely. Instead: calm, clarity, compassion, and honest words – exactly what you need in such a moment. She treated our cat and us with great respect and dignity. I am deeply grateful for this support. A veterinarian who doesn't just practice her profession, but lives it. 🤍🐾 Highly recommended by the Puch family from Zeesen.
Unfortunately, I had to take my dog to the emergency vet on December 24th, Christmas Eve! I'm more than satisfied with how the ladies took care of my little sick dog. The team was incredibly kind, and they did a fantastic job handling my little guy, who's always scared at the vet. They explained everything to me very clearly, from the treatment to the subsequent medication. My little one is doing much better now. I would go there again in a heartbeat. I can highly recommend this practice to everyone! Thank you again for the wonderful help during such a difficult time!
