Reviews
Super knowledgeable veterinarian. Is very sweet with the animals; explains everything in detail; takes her time. Very, very happy.
Great practice, everyone is very friendly and highly competent. My Rosie is always afraid of the vet, but with loving care, she's gradually gaining more confidence. Many thanks to the wonderful team!
Amazing praxis, everyone very kind, gentle and helpful 🥰.
I've been taking my dogs to Ms. Haupt and her team for a very long time. My dog, now 16 years old, has been through a lot with illnesses throughout her life, and the team at the veterinary practice at the castle has always been able to help immediately and has discussed every possible option with me to help my dog! No one can perform miracles, BUT this is a veterinary practice that does everything imaginable for the animals and advises and supports their owners! The absolute highlight, which speaks volumes about the entire team, is their empathy, friendliness, and respect! They not only pay close attention during their examinations but are also very proactive in aftercare! Ms. Moncrieff, another veterinarian on the team, often called me to check on my dog, as we are currently undergoing treatment again. Ms. Haupt is a veterinarian through and through; she can truly "read" animals and always knows what to do. The whole team is incredibly warm and welcoming, and I am so grateful that they all exist! Please stay just the way you are! It's sadly rare these days to find people who love their profession so much and show it to their patients (both four-legged and two-legged)! I wholeheartedly recommend the veterinary practice at the castle!
I am incredibly grateful for the quick and thoughtful help. My 6 kg cat fell from the 5th floor – an absolute nightmare. At the vet's office, he was immediately given a thorough examination and palpation. I especially appreciated that they didn't rush into x-rays (which would have been stressful for the animal), as they explained that certain injuries only become visible after a short observation period. The professional assessment was excellent: My cat is stable, his breathing rate is perfect, and he is now recovering at home in his favorite spot. You can immediately tell that the animal's well-being and honest communication are their top priorities. If you're looking for a calm and professional approach in an emergency, this is the place to go!
