A very nice veterinarian. Unfortunately, even after excellent treatment, my cat couldn't be cured. He was already an older gentleman of 17 years. She was very empathetic in that situation as well. Thank you for that.

We have been satisfied patients of Dr. England for years (first with our cat, now with our dog). It is rare to have to wait longer than 10 minutes (without an appointment).

I took my cat to Dr. England for spaying. A day later, I noticed that my cat had an open wound in her abdomen. I had to go to the emergency clinic in Potsdam and was terrified that my cat wouldn't survive. The wound wasn't stitched properly, and the cat wasn't properly monitored after the surgery. Attached are two pictures of Luna—before and after the spaying. I've been in contact with Dr. England's professional liability insurance for six months now. They claim she performed the procedure correctly and informed me properly. They're blaming me. There was no mention of the cat needing to wear a body suit or cone; it was just a case of "here's the cat, thanks, goodbye!" Beware of this vet; insight is a foreign concept to her!

We had our dog treated by her and were very satisfied. Dr. England is very kind and extremely helpful, and her expertise is also highly commendable. She identified the problem and gave us excellent advice. We would gladly use her services again anytime and highly recommend her.

Highly recommended! I took my cat to Ms. England for her spaying. She gave me clear answers to all my questions and is very trustworthy and friendly. Other vets in the area were full of empty talk and charged exorbitant prices – not here! I'm going to settle down here with my two cats :)
