A very nice veterinarian with great staff. It was important to me that time was taken for my pet and that my questions were answered calmly and professionally, and that's exactly the service I received at this veterinary practice. My pet was handled gently, and you can tell that they love their job.

There are usually short waiting times here, and yet Dr. Kollowa and his team always take plenty of time for their furry patients (and probably more than that ;)). And there are always treats, too. (For the animals, that is ;))

I am absolutely thrilled with this veterinarian! My dog ​​and I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The entire team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. The treatment was both professional and gentle – my dog ​​was remarkably calm and relaxed. My questions were also answered patiently and clearly. I felt taken seriously at all times. A thoroughly positive experience – I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful practice!

Everyone at the practice is very kind and friendly. The team is attentive to the animals, takes their time, and explains everything in detail. We are very satisfied.
