I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent pet care where they also want to be treated with respect and compassion. My cat receives excellent care there, both medically and socially. Even when my pet isn't cooperating, there's no negative atmosphere. They accept the situation as it is and work to ensure the best possible care for the animal! I also feel personally valued and treated as an equal (which, unfortunately, isn't always the case). I'm so grateful that we were accepted into this practice!

Our 8-month-old dog, Yoko, loves it here. He can hardly wait to be called in, that's how positive his and our experiences have been. This is exactly what you want for your pet when it comes to veterinarians. The staff takes their time with both the animal and the owner. Every question is answered thoroughly and in detail. The animal's well-being is their top priority. We were always presented with various treatment options, but nothing was ever pressured. We always feel very well advised. I also really appreciate the completely digital file via app – appointment scheduling, invoices, medication plans, weight data – everything is organized digitally. We couldn't have wished for a better veterinary practice. Keep up the great work, because you're doing it perfectly!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about hedgehogs, pleasant waiting area. Making an appointment is advisable for the animal's well-being and to ensure a calm environment for the treatment. Unfortunately, I can't comment further, as I was only there with my hedgehog.
