We've been taking our big Boxer/American Bully mix to the vet for weeks now. He's just had his second cruciate ligament surgery, and just like the first one, everything went perfectly. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice; they take excellent care of the animals and take the time to explain everything properly. You can tell they truly enjoy their work. Highly competent advice and assistance. Very careful handling of the four-legged patients. Both humans and animals feel very well cared for. Explanations are thorough and easy to understand. All questions are answered. Our cat's hip replacement surgery went very well, and the healing process was uncomplicated. And our little cat is pain-free again 😻. Unfortunately, the stars we would like to give aren't enough. Therefore, "only" five. Dear Dr. Reczko, dear team at the veterinary practice, the weeks from April 1st, 2026, to the climax of that time—the surgery on May 4th, 2026—at your practice were eventful. We were referred to you on March 30th, 2026, by our regular veterinarian, Ms. Kell-Oelzner. The reason: a lump had formed on the right side of our Labrador retriever's vulva and anus. We hadn't noticed it ourselves, but our very conscientious and attentive veterinarian, Ms. Kell-Oelzner, had. So, off we went to the Reczko veterinary practice. We had our appointment on April 1st, 2026, and were full of worry about what lay ahead. We were comforted by the entire team. A CT scan was scheduled. The CT scan was discussed with us, as were the further, and in any case, unavoidable steps. This included explaining the risks. An appointment was scheduled for April 20, 2026, which then had to be postponed due to our Labrador's impending heat cycle. This was no problem at all in this practice. And no matter what time we had questions—and we had many—they were always answered. The big day arrived: May 4, 2026. On this day, too, we experienced professionalism and composure. Very important in this situation. Around 11:45 a.m., we received the relieving news from Dr. Reczko—the surgery was over, everything was fine, yet still difficult. We were then able to go to our Labrador soon after and be with her as she woke up. Dear Dr. Reczko, dear team, even if things had turned out differently, you would have received exactly this review, because you deserve it. We are extremely grateful to you.
