Very friendly, I can highly recommend this veterinary practice, very friendly staff & Dr. Erler is very competent and friendly.

Excellent experiences gathered over many years. The exchange among the veterinarians is very positive. Costs are affordable. I always take our second dog there, as we had bad experiences in Berlin. For us, animal welfare is paramount. My impression is that this is also the case in practice. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We first came to this practice two years ago as an emergency case due to a loss of trust in our previous veterinarian. 1. Great opening hours and the practice's presence. 2. The practice's location is excellent. Quiet, right next to the woods, perfect for walks. 3. Parking is available. All the staff were always friendly and caring, whether on the phone or in person. The team there seems to genuinely enjoy their work. Our Jack Russell Terrier, Ayla, has reached the impressive age of over 15 years. When her health began to decline, I contacted the practice team and Dr. Erler by email. I received a prompt reply from the doctor himself, including an appointment. Due to the circumstances and my emotional state, I was unable to call. I am so glad this form of communication was possible. Dr. Erler is not only medically very competent but also a very calm, thoughtful, and understanding doctor. He communicates openly and honestly with everyone involved. Plus, such a loving approach to our dog creates the best conditions for a patient-doctor-owner relationship. My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude. If we were to welcome another pet into our family, this practice and Dr. Erler would definitely be our choice again.
