This is a great place to bring your pets if they need a vet. They are very professional and my cats were not scare at all. There is a small parking place for customers and a waiting room. It looks like it is a popular place and therefore you may need to wait If you don't have an appointment.

What a fantastic practice! From the warm welcome by the receptionist to the most thorough consultation I've ever had with a doctor, everything was perfect. The doctor took a great deal of time and was able to vaccinate both my cats and quickly resolve my tomcat's intestinal issues. Both cats were surprisingly relaxed, as one would expect from a veterinary practice. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment by phone, and afterwards, if I had any questions, I could easily call and get them answered. The parking lot is right in front of the door.

This is a truly fantastic team. I had my cat spayed and everything went perfectly. There was only a tiny scar. From the initial consultation to the surgery, everything was excellent. The whole team is very empathetic and handles the animals with great care. Highly recommended.

I'd give zero stars if I could. She simply let both of my cats die, even though I repeatedly asked for blood tests and other tests. And on top of that, she ripped me off. If you care about your pet, please go somewhere else. This woman is only after your money and has no empathy for either people or animals.

Excellent organization and treatment throughout. Scheduling appointments (online or by phone) is straightforward, waiting times are short, and the overall experience is stress-free for both people and animals. Furthermore, the consultation and treatment are calm, clear, transparent, and solution-oriented. It's evident that everyone at the practice is dedicated to their work. We are happy to bring our two dogs to Ms. Blaurock and her team.
