I have no idea how she does it, but it works. Besides the outstanding help she provides, I'm giving her a sixth star for that. And THANK YOU for your help with Lucky's suspected paralysis! 👍

We called spontaneously on a Saturday and received a call back less than two hours later. After a 10 (!) minute conversation about our poodle puppy, we felt more reassured and didn't have to visit the vet again. Thanks to the vet's excellent explanation and the aforementioned change in diet, we quickly got the diarrhea, which is unfortunately normal for dogs on Borkum this time of year, under control!
