Our dog unfortunately has a dust mite allergy, which we usually manage well. During our vacation, our dog rolled around in the wet grass several times and afterwards had a very red belly. When my mother brought him in, an appointment was scheduled for about three hours later. The vet was very competent and friendly. After an injection and a few strokes on the floor, the symptoms were almost gone after two days, so our dog was able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you so much!

We took our 16-year-old dog there while on vacation because we thought he was in pain. We got an appointment at very short notice and received an incredibly warm welcome. The vet was very empathetic, calm, and gentle with our dog – you could immediately tell that he truly cared about the animal's well-being. He took his time, examined him thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. We felt completely at ease and are 100% satisfied. We're currently on vacation in Norddeich, and unfortunately, our dog often has problems with his anal glands. We got an appointment at very short notice and are absolutely thrilled. Everything went smoothly and was incredibly friendly right from the start. Dr. Hähner greeted our Bo on his knees and was incredibly gentle. The anal glands were emptied without any problems. It feels like we've known each other forever. We can only echo the other reviews... if it weren't for the 300 kilometers between us, Dr. Hähner would be our vet. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you so much, and perhaps we'll see you again soon—we often vacation in Norddeich.

Today, my Molly (with an ingrown dewclaw on her right) and I visited Mr. Hähner for the first time. The love this man has for the animals wasn't just noticeable, it was palpable and filled the entire treatment room. It warmed my heart. We have our next appointment on Friday. I'm already looking forward to it. And hopefully, Molly's little paw will be completely healed by then.

On October 10, 2025, we brought our cat in outside of office hours and used Mr. Hähner's emergency service. We found Mr. Hähner to be a competent and compassionate veterinarian.
