We've been taking our animals to Dr. Roberts for years. He's always reachable, always kind and friendly. The receptionist is also always kind and friendly. Thank you so much!
A truly wonderful veterinarian. She took excellent care of our little one and was very dedicated and eager to help us. The receptionist was also very kind and friendly. I would go there again anytime. Thank you, Dr. Roberts!
This vet is fantastic and very calm, which is great for the animals. I highly recommend her.
I called in September and inquired about neutering my two cats. I was very kindly given an appointment within three days. Everything was explained to me calmly, and my questions were answered calmly and kindly. On the day of the neutering, my two little ones were lovingly taken into care. Upon pickup, they were lovingly returned to me, and my two sweet little mice were back to full health shortly afterward. The surgical scar is invisible and unnoticeable. I am grateful to have found such a caring vet.
I called to inquire about the cost of neutering a male cat. I was immediately told that the procedure is only performed in combination with microchipping. When I asked why this was mandatory, especially since my cat is a strictly indoor cat, the explanation I received was that I don't know what will happen in 15 years or what would happen if I ever had to go to the hospital. They also asked how I would find my cat if he ever got lost. I understand the idea behind it: microchipping is generally beneficial and can be helpful in certain situations. However, I don't think it's right to completely remove this decision from pet owners. It seemed to me as if something was being forced upon me that I didn't consider necessary in my situation. I found the tone particularly disappointing. When I asked, I was told, "I'm not discussing things with you," even though I simply wanted an explanation. I found that disrespectful. Since this isn't my first pet, I would have appreciated a more objective discussion and more understanding of the individual situation. Overall, this first impression was very unsatisfactory. For this reason, I will have my three tomcats neutered elsewhere.
