A very nice team, I can highly recommend them. Very understanding and empathetic. It was with heavy hearts that we had to let our beloved Lucy go on vacation. They took excellent care of our princess and us.

We were there yesterday with our cat; he couldn't urinate. As usual, after 6 PM. Emergency time. X-rays were taken. The cat can go home after treatment; it will cost 500 to 600 euros. Can you pay? If so, we'll begin. If you can't pay, we won't continue the treatment.

Absolutely not recommended. My ex-girlfriend abused our dog and now needs the data to take action. Because my name wasn't included, I'm not receiving any information. Completely incomprehensible, since they know it's my dog. Data privacy? ❓️❓️❓️

Absolutely not recommended anymore 😕. I wanted to get some pain medication for my older dog, who was experiencing acute pain in his front leg. The vet told me he wasn't allowed to dispense any medication unless he sees the animal at least once a year. Why on earth should I take my dog to the vet if he's perfectly healthy? For vaccinations? That shows you what this vet's priorities are. He let me go with the suggestion that I could get a certain medication at the pharmacy that was also suitable for dogs. No questions asked about the severity of the pain or anything like that. Of course, I didn't get the medication because it requires a prescription. A vet should be there for the animal, not just for profit. I will be avoiding this veterinary practice in the future, unfortunately 😔

I took my cat there the day before yesterday because he was vomiting blood and my usual vet was closed. I went there out of desperation, as this was the closest vet I could find. An older woman didn't open the door, looked through the window, and shrugged. She then went to the waiting room window and opened it. After I explained the situation and pleaded for help, she told me, "Without an appointment, nothing will be done," and that there was no vet available. As someone who works at a veterinary practice, I find this behavior unbelievable! I've never experienced anything like it! To send away a potentially dying animal. Perhaps she should reconsider her career choice. She could have called the vet or offered to wait a moment. But to hand me an emergency card and say, "You might have to travel a bit further"... I ended up having to go to Niebüll... thankfully, my cat pulled through.
