I had to go to the emergency vet clinic, Dr. Kleinschmidt's office, on Sunday after my dog ​​ate a pill he found on the floor. The clinic was immediately reachable by phone, and I was able to leave right away after the call, without any waiting time or appointment. From the very first contact, I found Dr. Kleinschmidt to be very friendly and competent. I've had different experiences with other emergency clinics. She explained the entire treatment to me in detail and in an easy-to-understand way, and she was always present during my hour-long stay at the clinic. I was particularly impressed by her loving way of handling my dog. There were no complications or problems whatsoever, and we were able to leave the clinic with a successfully treated dog. Beforehand, she explained the bill to me, which was surprisingly reasonable. Unfortunately, the clinic is quite far from where I live (I was visiting nearby), otherwise I would almost be inclined to switch vets. I can highly recommend Dr. Kleinschmidt, both for the animals and for the pet owners, which is also quite important. I felt very well taken care of.
