Veterinarian Dr. Richter and her entire team are simply fantastic! Helpful, friendly, and always there for you! We've been taking our dogs to her for many years and have nothing but good things to say. They treat the animals with love and expertise. Our previous dogs, Dina and Alice (Bernese Mountain Dog mix), always felt comfortable with Dr. Richter. Our Louis (Broholmer mix) came from a shelter and is a bit afraid of the vet, but at her practice, he's treated calmly and kindly, which really helps him. Our Emma (Hovawart) is a bit of a handful, but Dr. Richter and her team handle her very well – without any problems. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hiltrud Richter's veterinary practice and her team! Thank you so much, and keep up the great work!

I've been taking my Havanese, Maya (now 18 months old), to this veterinary practice since she came to us at 3 months old, and I'm very happy with them. Maya has been vaccinated here, a stool sample was sent in for testing due to suspected giardia, she's received deworming treatment, and recently her booster vaccination as well as ear medication for an ear infection. The practice is well-organized – with an appointment, you can usually get in quickly. We did have to wait over two hours once, but that was due to an emergency, which is perfectly understandable, of course. I feel well cared for and will gladly come back!

A great vet and a fantastic team overall. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed – perfect for the animals. Everyone works tirelessly and is always very friendly.
