After our vet passed away and we were looking for a new one, which ended up being a complete disaster, we visited this practice. I had the opportunity to meet both of them. I can't say which I prefer or which is more professional. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Fair prices, excellent support and explanations. A bill without any prompting. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for giving our Rex such a dignified farewell.

Never again! We've been there several times now with our two dogs and also with my mother's dog, and we've chosen someone else. We wanted to give them one more chance, but that's it. They might be competent (I'm not a vet myself, so I can't judge that), but they're not friendly, helpful, or understanding. We travel a lot and therefore need deworming treatments from time to time, and every time they charge extra for things we don't receive and shouldn't have to pay. And they won't even let us explain. I understand that vets want to make money, but I only pay a third of the price at another vet. If I felt that the service was genuine, in the form of interest and time, I might have accepted the higher price, but nothing about this vet is right.

In the most dire of circumstances imaginable—our dog was so ill that he had to be euthanized the next day—the veterinary team took incredibly good care of us, even though we were never patients there before, but had brought our dog in as an emergency. We were traveling and needed help at short notice. And they gave us that help. Many thanks to the veterinary team for their support in our time of need.
