Incredibly unfriendly. Two weeks ago, I rescued a small bird from a cat and needed help. Unfortunately, I was laughed at and cut off on the phone. They're only interested in making money. I would never take my pet there.
They quickly recognized our dog's problems and didn't just try to squeeze money out of him. Here, they help the animal with genuine care.
Hänk and his owner say a thousand thanks for the fantastic care before, during, and after the extensive and complex dental work – especially to Ms. Rolfes, Ms. Karstens, and Ms. Petersen! It was far above standard and done with so much heart!!!
We've been taking our dogs to this practice for three years now, and we always receive competent, friendly, thorough, and easy-to-understand advice. Every treatment is discussed beforehand. Questions are answered patiently and always kindly. We go for regular appointments and have also had to use the emergency service several times. From broken toes and pneumonia to gastric torsion and pyometra, as well as routine checkups, we always feel taken seriously and well cared for at this practice. The treatment rooms are bright, and we find them comfortably spacious, even with Irish Wolfhounds. We are grateful to have such a wonderful practice so close by and would like to sincerely thank all the staff for everything they have done for our dogs and us. I can also highly recommend the first aid course for dogs offered at the practice. It was informative, easy to understand, included practical exercises, wasn't just a lecture, and took place in a small group and a relaxed atmosphere.
