My cat had to be taken to the Thumann Small Animal Clinic in Wilster as an emergency. They suspected he had a foreign object in his airways. The initial contact was by phone. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind and immediately gave us an appointment. Upon arrival, the clinic made a great first impression; there was plenty of parking. The reception was very warm, and I immediately felt comfortable. After completing the paperwork, it wasn't long before we were taken to the examination room. Dr. Hartmann was waiting there; he was incredibly friendly and listened carefully to the problem. He examined our cat with great care and expertise. I was informed about the costs before the procedure so there would be no unpleasant surprises. Everything went well, and my cat is doing fine. The Thumann Small Animal Clinic not only has a heart ❤️ for animals but also for their owners. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hartmann and the entire team for the warm welcome, the loving care, and the successful treatment. Five stars are far too few! It's wonderful that such fantastic doctors and staff still exist. I'll gladly come back, even if I have to drive quite a few kilometers.
