What a shame. That's the only way to describe it when you specifically call ahead to find out if the practice also performs tooth extractions and has the necessary X-ray equipment. This was confirmed, even after I double-checked to make sure. Over 30 minutes of driving with an already grumpy cat, only to find out on arrival that it wasn't possible after all. They apologized and referred us to other vets, but it really wasn't pleasant for my cat. Oh well, maybe another time for a second chance.

I took our 16-year-old male dog for dental treatment on Monday. Everything went perfectly. Dr. Soltau and Ms. Geib were calm and loving with the animals; you feel very well cared for and that the animals are the priority. Five stars aren't enough for this practice. Thank you.
