We would like to say a thousand thanks to the entire practice team. Everyone was always there for us and our dog. Dr. Möller, such a kind veterinarian, was always there for us with advice and support until our beloved dog's last breath. After our vet passed away last year, we were calmly looking for a new vet. But from one day to the next, we no longer had that calm and had to act quickly. One call to this practice, and they dropped everything for us on Monday morning. The animal was cared for with great love, everything was done and done. When the blood results came back the next day, we were asked to bring Max in immediately. And even though the practice was in the middle of operations, they squeezed us in and cared for our Max lovingly and selflessly. Even when it was well past closing time, we were never given the impression that we had to get things done quickly. And even with our dog's medical condition, which was still very unclear, they were open-minded and preferred to refer us to a veterinary clinic. I can't understand all these negative comments. Anyone who gets a pet knows that it can cost money under certain circumstances. Since the GOT increase in November 2022, everything has cost more, but it's not that much. We should be grateful that there are still veterinarians who see their profession not just as a job but as a calling, and that's exactly what you see with Dr. Glindemann. He treats animals with great care, is definitely very professional, and even he's not afraid to let his hands be tied in certain situations. We are happy that we have now found a new veterinarian to whom we can entrust our pet without hesitation. Thank you for everything, and see you soon :)

Super friendly and competent help. Instead of calling us to the emergency vet, they helped us over the phone. If we were closer, we would definitely go to this vet.

Friendly staff, hardly any waiting time (which you'd normally accept for emergencies, no question), and Dr. Möller, Dr. Meißner, Dr. Bartje, and Mr. Glindeman all took loving and empathetic care of Sir Billy and everyone else. Our cat has found a truly warm and welcoming practice ♥️. In our opinion, 5 stars....

Next time, we will definitely choose one of the friendly female veterinarians (!) on the practice team. Mr. Möller seems to view consultation as an opportunity to behave unfriendly or even aggressively towards his clients; when questions are asked, he responds with personal accusations and harsh verbal attacks. His communication style is very strange and unpleasant, and therefore he cannot be recommended.
